Pork Loin w/Gravy

Ingredients
6 oz pork loin2 mushroomsbeef bouillon cube1/4 c chopped onion1 Tbs. dijon mustard1 tsp. brown sugar1 cup water1Tb. Flourseasonings to taste
Directions
Cut loin into pieces and saute briefly with non-stick spray. Add mushrooms and onions. Saute until soft. Add bouillon, water, and seasonings. Cook 15-20 minutes. Thicken gravy with flour.
