Homemade Sugar Free Chocolate

Ingredients
125 gr shortening125 gr sugar substitute (like splenda, steevia etc)6 tbsp cocoa powder4 tbsp powdered milkpinch of salt
Directions
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper

In a small saucepan, melt the vegetable shortening over a low heat. Sift the icing sugar, cocoa powder, powdered milk and salt into a bowl. Pour the melted shortening into the sugar mixture and mix until it becomes smooth and thick.

Pour chocolate mixture onto parchment paper covered cookie sheet, smooth out with spatula.

Let cool at room temp for 20 mins, then refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours. Break into pieces and store in airtight bag/container.
