Honey Barbecue Soy Chicken

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts (about 3/4 pound)2 TBSP barbecue sauce4 TBSP light soy sauce1 TBSP honey1 TBSP rice vinegar1 tsp garlic powder1 tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
Mix all sauces and spices together and add with chicken into a zip top bag. Marinate 1-8 hours (I usually marinate mine all day while I'm at work.).

Heat non-stick pan to medium high heat. Place chicken into pan. (do not discard sauce...save for later in cooking) Cook for 3 minutes. Flip and cook for 3 minutes. Turn heat down to medium low and add sauce to pan. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.

Makes 2 servings.
