Lime Chicken Tacos

3 Chicken Breast, no skin, unit (yield from 1 lb ready-to-cook 2 Tbsp red wine Vinegar1/2 C Lime Juice1/2 tsp Salt1/2 tsp Pepper, black2 Scallions, raw, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced1 tsp Oregano, ground10 Mission whole wheat tortillas 6"1 Tomatoes, red, ripe, diced1/4 C Romaine Lettuce shredded 1/4 C Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded 1/4 C Salsa
Toss chopped chicken into ziploc bag. Add vinegar, lime juice, salt, pepper, scallions, jgarlic and organo. Marinate (overnight for best flavor). Saute chicken in marinade until done. Fill tortillas with chicken mixture, lettuce tomatoes, cheese and salsa. Makes 10 Tacos.
