Directions
Mixed stew beef with flour and braised in olive oil. Put meat and other ingredients into 6 qt slow cooker. Cooked on high for about 6 hours. Added ow salt beef base for enchanced beef flavor. Wanted low calorie soup to warm me, and low sodium. Makes 6 quarts, equalling about 24 cups.
