Ingredients
Egg whites in cartonEgg beaters in cartonSliced Mozzarella cheeseOnionBell PepperTomatoSalsaOther vegis (optional)
Directions
in a 1/2 cup measuring spoon, add 1/4 egg whites and 1/4 egg beaters. Put into hot small saute' pan. Swirl pan to get egg onto sides. Add onion, pepper, salsa, other vegis and cheese to half of omlette. Fold over other half. Add more salsa to top. Cover and cook 10-15 minutes on low heat.
