Creamy Green Chili Cornbread

2 packets Cornbread Mix1/2 cup Eggbeaters1 (12-15 oz) can Del Monte cream style corn, no salt added1 cup sour cream, reduced fat1 small can diced green chiles1 cup shredded Colby, reduced fat4 Tbs Country Crock Churnstyle butter, melted
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with non stick spray. In a bowl add eggbeaters, corn, sour cream and gree chiles and combine. Add cornbread mix and stir just until blended, add cheese and melted butter. Transfer mixture to baking dish and bake 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. I got 14 squares out of this dish.
