Tuna cream soup

Ingredients
Tuna fish chunk -water packed - 4.5 onzOne can of Campbells low sodium cream of mushroom1teaspoon, more or less of Mesquite seasoning 1 Tablespoon Fat free Cheddar cheese
Directions
Combine everthing except the cheese and place into two microwave safe mugs. Cook at high heat for a minute. Sprinkle the cheese on the tops of soup mixture and microwave for additional 1 minute.
Makes 2 1 cup servings
