Roasted red potatoes

Ingredients
About 5 medium sized red potatoes2 tbspns olive oil1 tbspn thyme, or more to tastesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Pre heat the oven to 375-400 degrees
oil a baking sheet
chop the potatoes into 1/2 inch pieces
toss them with the oil, thyme, salt and pepper
spread on the sheet and set a timer! 45-60 minutes...they should be golden brown when done.
