Ingredients
1 lb whole wheat penne pasta1 pkg Gimme Lean "sausage" 1 small onion2 c. pumpkin1 c. vegetable broth1/4 c. parmigiano reggiano cheese1 tsp sage1 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
While cooking pasta, brown sausage. Saute Onion. Mix rest of ingredients, then stir in pasta.

    To be fair I changed this recipe alot to use what I already had but the idea was great. I did not have sausage so i used ground turkey an added some fennel seed for sausage flavor, omited the onion since we were out and used chicken broth and less parmasan. Yum. Will Try Again - 11/30/09
