Ingredients
1 1/3 cup quick oats2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 cup white flour2 t baking powder3 large egg whites2 cups skim milk1/2 cup sugar1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil2 cups raspberries
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix everything together and bake in a non-stick muffin tins filling about 2/3 of the way for 20 minutes
