Energy bars

Ingredients
125gms butter1 cup soft brown sugar2 TBSP golden syrup1 cup wholemeal flour1 tsp baking powder1 cup medium desiccated coconut2 small eggs1 cup rolled oats1 1/2 cups trail mix1/2 cup pumpkin or sunflower seeds
Directions
Put the butter, sugar, golden syrup in a bowl and melt in the microwave, then stir together.
Thoroughly mix in the remaining ingredients.
Line a 20 x 30 cm sponge roll tin with baking paper.
Press the mixture into the tin, making sure it is even all over.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180 deg celcius.
Turn out onto a board. With a very sharp knife, and whilst still warm, cut into 25 bars .
