Ingredients
1.50 lb Beef, tip round 3 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 0.50 cup Flour, whole grain 32 oz Egg Noodles, enriched
Directions
I put beef roast in crock pot in the morning before I leave for work but you can prepare ahead of time however you chose. Trim fat and cut roast into bite-sized pieces; set aside. Bring large kettle 1/2 full of water and broth from roast to boil. Add noodles and cook until tender. Add beef tips. Mix flour in cup of cold water until dissolved. Add to noodles and beef mixture, sitrring until thickened. Serve over mashed potatoes.
