So Delicious - Coconut Milk, 2 cup Egg Yolk, 6 large Granulated Sugar, .25 cup 1 tsp vanilla or other flavoring
Heat coconut milk, sugar and vanilla until it starts steaming off the top. Remove from heat and using a wisk, add egg yolks while constantly stirring. If you get your milk too hot, allow it to cool first to keep the yolks from solidifying in the mixture. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour to bring to temperature. Use in your ice cream maker according to your manufactures directions. You can allow mixture to sit in fridge for up to 24 hours before freezing.
