Cucumber with Dill Salad

Ingredients
3c cucumbers, peeled and sliced3 sprigs fresh dill, chopped1/4c red onoin, slicedDressing:3tbsp red wine vinegar1tsp horseradish mustard, or your favoritesalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Comine the ingredients for the dressing in a small bowl. Combine cucmbers, dill and onion in a medium bowl. Pour the dressing over and refrigerate for 3hours to overnight. One serving is approximately 1/2 cup salad.
