Ground Chicken 1lbCelery, raw, 4 stalk, small (5" long)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Water, 1 cup dividedCream of Celery Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz)Chicken Broth or 2 Bouillon CubesWaterchestnuts 1 cup slices*Soy Sauce, 2 tbs to tasteGarlic salt/powder to taste 1/4 tsp
Directions
Brown Chicken, add celery, onion & 1/2 cup water, cover & let simmer until celery is tender. Add soup, bouillon cubes, 1/2 cup water, waterchestnuts & soy sauce. makes about 6-8 servings. Cal count is for 6.
