Flax Seed Apple Muffin

Ingredients
**Flax Seed, 4 tbsp*Flour, white, .75 cup*Hodgeson Mill Whole Wheat Graham Flour, 0.75 cupGranulated Sugar, .5 cupSalt, .5 tspBaking Powder, 2 tspBaking Soda, .5 tspMilk, 3.25%, .5 cup*Crisco Pure Vegetable Oil, 3 tbspGranny smith apple 1.5 cup, finely choppedLarge egg - 1
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Set aside. Mix milk, egg and oil. Add to dry ingredients. Fold apples into batter. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and bake at 400 degrees 18-20 minutes.
