Turkey couscous balls

Ingredients
3 lbs ground turkey3 cloves crushed garlic1 egg1 minced onion1/2 cup A-1 Steak sauce1 can seasoned diced tomatoes, drained1/2 box couscous1 cup waterItalian seasoning to tastesalt and pepperfrozen corn or other veggie
Directions
Boil 1 cup of water. Add the couscous, cover and remove from heat. Let it rest for 5 minutes and fluff with a fork.

In a large bowl, beat the egg. Add ground turkey, garlic, onion, couscous, A-1 tomatoes and seasonings. Mix well.

Take a small amount of turkey mixture and make a bird's nest shape in your hand. Put some corn kernels or other veggie (or cheese if you are being decadent) in the well and cover with a little bit more of the turkey mixture. Plop it into a muffin cup. Repeat.

Cook at 350 for 40 minutes.

Makes 24 muffin size balls.
