Fruit Salsa w/ Cinnamon Chips

Ingredients
1 diced mango5 diced and skinned kiwis1 diced apples1 cup diced strawberries1 tbsp brown sugar2 tbsp lime juice1 tbsp cilantro6 tortillasCooking spraycinnamon sugar
Directions
Toss all fruit with lime juice, sugar and cilantro. Other fruits can be substituted as needed. Store in the fridge at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.

Spray tortillas with cooking spray and top with cinnamon sugar. Cut into chips. Bake at 350 for 10 min until crisp.
