Scandinavian Salmon Soup

2 Cups Boiling Water or Vegetable Broth or Consomme1 Cup Carrots1 Cup Fresh Cauliflower Flowerets1 Medium Potato Cubed1 Can Salmon or 1.5 frozen Salmon Patties2 tbsp. Flour2 Cups Milk3/4 c. Frozen Mixed Vegtables1/4 tsp. Dill WeedSalt and Freshly Ground Pepper to Taste
Combine Water Stock with Vegtables. Cover and Cook 10 to 15 Minutes or until vegtables are almost tender. Drain the salmon, reserving the liquid; break the meat into chunks. Stir the flour into the reserved salmon liquid; add mixture to soup. Cook, stirring, until mixture boils; cook 1 minute longer. Add milk, salmon, peas, dill and seasoning; Warm only until heated. Makes 4 to 5 Servings
