4 oz. 2% milk1 tsp. Pumpkin pie spice1 1/2 cups crushed iceNo sugar added vanilla powder (Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf) 1.5 Tbl.3 oz. Espresso1 Scoop French Vanilla Protein powder (Whatever you like)
Directions
Place all ingredients together in a blender; Blend until smooth and enjoy! Should have the consistency of a milkshake.
