Ingredients
1 C. Green beans1/2 C. Celery or celery root diced1/2 C. Mustrooms1/2 diced onion (medium)1/2 sliced carrot1/4 C. green pepper diced1 T. flour2 t. Olive Oil1/2 C. Water1/4 C. Pomi
Directions
Saute onions, green pepper, carrots and celery in olive oil. Add dash of salt. When tender, add Pomi with 1/2 C. Water. Simmer for 1/2 hour on medium heat. Add salt & pepper to taste.
