Weeknight Ravioli bake

Ingredients
1 jar (26oz) spaghetti sauce1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, undrained1/2 cup water2 pkg Rosetto small round cheese ravioli (18 oz each)1 pkg Great Value finely shredded Italian style cheese (8oz)2 tbsp reduced fat grated parmesan cheese
Directions
Heat oven to 400 deg

Mix spaghetti sauce, tomatoes and water; spoon 2 cups onto bottom of 13x9 inch baking dish

Layer 1 pkg of ravioli and 1/2 of shredded cheese over sauce mixture. Top with remaining ravioli and sauce mixture. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; cover

Bake 30 min; uncover. Bake 15 min or until ravioli is tender and heated through. Sprinkle with Parmesan. Let stand 10 min

    I couldn't find the small ravioli at my store, so I had to sub with tortellini. I was pleasantly surprised. Worried how the pasta would cook without boiling. The ones on top were a teensy bit crunchy (but still yummy) and the others were done perfectly. - 8/12/11
