Directions
Makes Two glasses

Form lettuce into a bundle, and juice with the broccoli stalks and apples.
Add Lemon juice and serve

    I would like to try this but I am confused about the ingredients. Is it a whole head of lettuce cut in half or just half of a head of lettuce? Also, are the broccoli florets used along with the stalks? - 4/9/11
