Ingredients
Ground beef, lean, 500 gramsBread Crumbs 1/2 cupOnions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia)Sage, ground, 1 tsp Rice Bran Oil, 1 tbsp *Hamburger or Hot Dog Buns, 4 rollIceberg Lettuce (salad), 1 cup, shredded or chopped Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Tomato Sauce, .5 cup Cucumber (with peel), 0.5 cup slices
Directions
Mix Beef Onions Mixed herbs Rice Bran Oil and Breadcrumbs and shape into 4 patties. Toast Buns and build burger.
