Low-fat Whole Wheat Banana Muffin

Ingredients
3 mashed banana1 c. applesauce2 eggs1 t. vanilla3/4 c. brown sugar2 c. whole wheat flour1 tsp. baking soda1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. chopped pecans
Directions
Preheat oven to 375.
Mix first 5 ingredients together.
Add remaining ingredients and mix until incorporated.
Divide batter in sprayed or paper lined muffin tins.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Makes 18 mufffins
