Broccoli Raisin Salad

Ingredients
4 cups - broccoli1/2 cup - raisins & craberries12 tbsp - smart balance omega plus light mayonnaise (or any type of light mayo)8 tsp - splenda2 tbsp - apple cider vinegar (or regular vinegar)
Directions
Cook broccoli according to package instructions.
Add broccoli into a bowl.
Mix in the raisins and cranberries, mayo, splenda, and vinegar.
Chill, and then it's ready to eat!

Serves 4 - 1 cup servings. Great for busy people who don't have time to cook! (like me!)
