Ingredients
2 potatoes1lb groun beefonion 1/4 cupbell pepper 1/4 cupshredded cheese3 tsp buttercorn 1/4 cup
Directions
dice potatoes and fry in butter in pan over med heat add salt & pepper to taste, I like to add creol seasoning. Cook beef and drain ( I rinse w/ hot water to get rid of extra grease) mix drained beef w/ onions, bell pepper, corn and potatoes, spread cheese over the top bake at 350 for 35 min.
