Ingredients
1 medium Baked Potato with skin2 TBS Shedd's Spread plus Calcium and Vitaming1/8 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese2 slices Bar S Turkey Bacon3/4 cup Frozen Chopped Broccoli
Directions
Micro bake potato approx. 4 min or until done.
Micro bake Bacon for approx. 2 minutes. Crumble into bits. Prepare frozen broccoli per package instructions. Slit top of baked potato and scoop out the potato into a bowl. Add Shedds Spread and lightly mash. Add remaining ingredients and stir together. Spoon back into skin shell and return to microwave for about 20 seconds or until cheese is melted. This makes 1 serving.
