Slow Cooker Venison Pepper Steak

Ingredients
Flour, seasoned to taste1/2 cup olive oil1 1/2 green bell peppers1/2 red bell pepper1 yellow onion1/2 cup soy sauce2-3 cups of water
Directions
Season flour to taste. Batter slices of venison and brown in olive oil. Drain meat on paper towels. In crock pot, layer venison, onion, and bell pepper. After 2 layers, drizzle half of soy sauce over top, add water to top of meat and peppers. Cook on low in crock pot for 8 hours. Add remaining half of soy sauce and stir.
