Cheesey Chicken Rice and Vegetables

1 can condensed 98% fat free Broccoli Cheddar soup1 can condensed (healthy) chicken rice soup2 cups skim milk1 jar Ragu Double Cheddar Cheese sauce16oz. bag Vegetable Medley (Broccoli, Cauliflower, carrots)1 cup + 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded3 cups uncooked white rice
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine in bowl, milk, both soups, Cheese sauce, vegetables and 1 cup cheddar cheese. Mix well. Add rice and stir to evenly distribute.
Puor mixture into 9x13 baking dish. Place chicken breasts on top of rice mixture and Sprinkle remaining cheddar cheese on top. Cover dish with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
Makes about 6 servings.
