Stroganoff Style Chicken

Ingredients
water measurement is 1/4 cup. I used Fage Greek Yogurt - has a good consistency like sour cream
Directions
Serving Size: 4 generous servings

Cut chicken into strips and add to pan w/olive oil. Add mushrooms and onion.

Fry until chicken is cooked. Add 1/4 cup water, yogurt and chicken soup.

Mix until blended together.

Bring to temp and serve over brown rice.
