Ingredients
1 c Red Mill Pancake & Waffle mix1 large egg.5 c soy milk.25 c water1T oil.33 c steel cut oatmeal (cooked)
Directions
Mix everything together in bowl.
Heat pan over medium high heat. Pour batter into pan to make 4" pancakes. Brown both sides.

Makes 9 4" pancakes.
