Ingredients
1 clove garlic1 cup celery1/2 can tomatoes1/2 onion chopped1/2 cup water1 tbls balsamic vinegar1/2 tbs chili powder1/4 tsp poultry seasoning1/2 cup kidney beans1 cup cubed butternut squash2 cups spinach
Directions
put everything except the spinach in a pot and simmer until squash is tender. Add spinach and cook until wilted.
