Cream of Zuchini soup

Ingredients
3 cups grated zuchini1 cup grated carrots.75 cup chopped cauliflower.25 cup flour3 cups milk nonfat1 cup waterpam spray
Directions
Spray medium sized pot with Pam. Saute zuchini, carrots, and cauliflower. Add flour and stir. Add milk and water and heat till thickened. Salt and pepper to taste. Simmer.
