Pinto Stew

1 pound dry pinto beans1 cup chopped celery1 cup chopped carrots1 red onion, chopped1/2 teaspoon Montreal Steak Seasoning1 teaspoon Mrs. Dash1 teaspoon chili powder1 teaspoon granulated beef bouillion
Pour dry beans into colander and pick out any debris. Rinse well and pour into bottom of crock pot. Add enough water to fill pot 2/3 full, cook on low overnight, at least 8-10 hours.
The next morning, pour beans into colander and rinse. Pour into soup pot or dutch oven, add chopped vegetables and seasonings along with 2 quarts of water. Cook on medium high heat one hour or until vegetables are tender.
