Sundried Tomato Chicken Pasta

1 pound Chicken Breasts (cubed)3 Tbsp Olive Oil2 tsp minced Garlic (or one clove fresh garlic pressed)1 Package Fresh Spinach (10oz)4 tbsp Sundried Tomato Spread1 cup Sundried Tomatoes (in water not oil)1 Package of Barilla Plus Penne (or other pasta)1 cup of pasta water (saved from draining pasta)
Heat the garlic in the olive oil in large skillet
Add chicken and cook thouroughly
After Chicken is cooked start cooking pasta
Add spinach, tomatoes, and sundried tomato paste to chicken
Simmer until pasta is done
Add 1 cup of pasta water and pasta to chicken
Simmer 4 minutes
Top with cheese of your choice (calories for cheese not included in recipe)
