Chicken Vegetable Soup

Ingredients
chicken breast (canned), 12 oz drained1 tbls extra virgin olive oilCarrots, raw, 5 large choppedCelery, raw, 5 stalk, large chopped*Potato, raw, 3 large cut into small cubesSwanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 4 cup (you can replace with low sodium)Water, tap, 4 cup (8 fl oz)*Fresh Sweet Onion (1/4 Medium Raw)
Directions
Chop up onions, carrots and celery. Saute with 1 tbls olive oil.
Place in crockpot and add potatoes, chicken and broth. Pepper to taste. Cook on high 4-5 hours. or low 8 hrs.
