Spicy Spanish Veggie Stew

Ingredients
4 Small Potatoes, chopped4 Small Turnips, chopped1/2 Large Onion, chopped1/2 cup Kale, coarsely chopped1 Red Chili Pepper, finely diced1 can Diced Tomatoes1/4 cup Brown Rice, dry2 Cloves Garlic2 Cubes Vegetable Boullion3 tsp Cumin4 Cups WaterOlive Oil Cooking Spray
Directions
Spray 2 qt pan with olive oil cooking spray. Sautee potatoes, turnips, onions, and garlic for five minutes. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down to medium heat and simmer for 45 minutes, covered.
