Green & Brown Chicken Skillet

Ingredients
2 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts 2 cans Swanson chicken broth1 1/2 c frozen spinach1 cup Uncle Ben's Whole Grain brown rice
Directions
makes 4-1 1/2 cup servings

In a large skillet, place one can of broth and chicken breast on medium heat. Cook until chicken is thoroughly cooked. Remove chicken and dice.

With leftover juices, add remaining can of broth and rice to skillet. Cook for approx. 10 minutes or until fluffy and soft. Add frozen spinach and cook until juices have reduced.

Add chicken and serve!
