Coconut Corn Bread

Ingredients
1 can light coconut milk1 cup yellow corn meal1 cup flour1 egg1tsp salt3/4 cup splenda for bakingcinnammon andvanilla/ 1 tbp each1 tsp baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven at 400 degrees
Mix all ingredients
placed on greased with pam glass baking dish
Bake on preheated oven for 18 to 20 minites
I serve this dish with either chili or with beans
**This dish is a healthy version of the Arepas con Coco from my hometown Loiza
