Ingredients
Flour, All Purpose, Gold Medal Organic, 2.25 cupFlour, Stone Ground Whole Wheat, Arrowhead Mills Organic, 1 cupFlour, Bread, King Arthur Organic, 0.5 cupFlour, Soy, Arrowhead Mills Organic, 0.5 cupBaking Powder, Clabber Girl, 2 tspBaking Soda, Arm & Hammer Pure, 1 tspSalt, 1 tspOrganic Raw Honey, 2 tbspEgg, Omega 3 Eggs 4Grain Brand, 1 eggMilk, Greenwise Organic Low-fat, 1.5 cupLemon juice, 1 tbspOats, Old Fashioned, Greenwise Organic, 0.25 cup
Directions
Combine flour, baking powder, soda and salt. Combine honey, beaten egg, and buttermilk. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Knead 10-12 times on a board sprinkled with rolled oats. Place dough into a greased load pan. Bake at 375 for 50-60 minutes until it makes a hollow sound when tapped. Best eaten the same day. The loaf weighs about 2 pounds = 16 servings = 2 oz per slice!!!
