Spaghetti Pie

1 box of Spaghetti (16 0z)6 Cups of Marinara/ Spaghetti Sauce2 lbs Ground Beef, Lean3 Garlic Cloves (chopped fine)2 Cups Chopped Onions1 Cup Chopped Green Bell Peppers2 Fresh Eggs1 Cup Parmesan Cheese (Grated)1 Cup Ricotta Cheese5 oz of Mozzarella Cheese
Makes 12 Servings
Cook Pasta as described on box. While that is cooking brown Ground Beef in huge skillet (could require two skillets). When Ground Beef is browned remove excess fat (if any) return to skillet. Pour in Garlic Cloves, Onions and Green Peppers into skillet, cook for 5 minutes then pour in Spaghetti/ Marinara sauce. Cook for another 5 minutues. While that is cooking place cooked Spaghetti in a large rectangular baking pan (anything around 17x11), crack open the two eggs and mix with the Spaghetti (making sure every piece of spaghetti is covered), then sprinkle and mix in the Parmesan Cheese. Top the layer of Spaghetti with Ricotta Cheese. When that is done Carefully pour in meat mixture ontop of Spaghetti. Bake in the oven at 375 until the pie becomes stiff (minutes range from oven to oven typically 45 minutes). After that top pie with Mozzarella and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes (or until the cheese melts).
