Pho Beef Noodle Soup

Ingredients
Beef brothOnionginger rootlemon grasscinnamon sticksirloin ip steak - fine slicefresh basilfresh mintcilantrojalapenolimedried rice noodleshoisin sauce
Directions
Bring broth, onion, ginger, cinnamon stick & lemon grass to a boil. Cover and simmer for 60 minutes.

Arrange all other items on plate.

Soak noodles in hot water for 15 minutes.

In deep bowl add noodles, raw beef, broth. Add other ingredients as desired. Add hoisin sauce and lime if desired.
