Asparagus and Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
* Egg, fresh, 6 large (remove) * Chicken Breast, no skin, 1 breast, bone and skin removed (remove) * Asparagus, fresh, 1 cup * Spinach, fresh, 1 cup * Onions, raw, 4 tbsp chopped * *Flour, white, 1.25 cup * Garlic powder, 1 tbsp * Pepper, black, .5 tsp * Thyme, fresh, .5 tsp * Parsley, 3 sprigs * Subway Vinegar (1 teaspoons), 1 serving * Water, tap, .35 cup (8 fl oz) * Shortening, .5 cup * Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, .75 cup * Cheddar Cheese, .35 cup, shredded
Directions
Cut pieces of ingredients into desired size. Make crust by combining flour, shortening, water, and a dash of salt. Spread on the bottom of a 8x8 pan (or 8 or 9in round) Beat the eggs and add veggies, spices, 1/4 cup flour and ricotta cheese. Dice chicken and cook 1/2 way to desired doneness in microwave or frying pan. add to mixture and pour into crust. Sprinkle cheddar cheese over top. Bake at 425 until eggs are done through when checked. Serves 6.
