Lima Beans and Ham (no hocks)

Ingredients
2 cups extra lean ham, cubed1 lb. dried lima beans, small or large4 cups Low Sodium chicken stock1 small onion, diced small1 cup celery, diced small1 bay leaf.5 tsp. dried thyme.5 tsp. dried rosemarydash garlic powdersaltpepper
Directions
Makes 6 regular servings or 4 very generous servings.

Clean and wash the beans and soak overnight in cold water.
The next morning, gather the rest of the ingredients. Drain the beans.
Add all ingredients to a crock pot set on low.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours.
