Ingredients
*S&B Golden Curry Sauce Mix - Medium Hot, 20 gram(s) (remove)*Potato, raw, 2 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) (remove)Baby Carrots, raw, 10 medium (remove)Onions, raw, 1 small (remove)Chicken Breast, no skin, 12 ounces (remove)
Directions
Cut chicken into cubes, cook chicken, while chicken is cooking prep veggies, combine chicken, vegetables in a pan with about 1 qt water. Cook together until veggies are tender add the curry mix. Simmer until it looks like a sauce. Serve over rice
