BBQ butter beans and garbanzos

Ingredients
Saute 1/2 diced onions, 2-3 cloves minced garlic, 1/2 c celery and 1/2 c mild or hot green peppers in olive oil. Add 1 large can of whole tomatos. Add 2-3 tbsp vinegar, 1-2 tsp sea salt, 2 tbsp any BBQ sauce, 1tsp mustard, and 2 tbsp agave nectar (or molasses). Simmer for a few minutes.Original recipe called for dry beans cooked till tender on stove top, and 4 slices bacon. It's tasty without the meat.Add 1 can each of beans (or use beans of your choice). Transfer to baking dish and bake at 375 for 1-1/5-2 hours.
Directions
Makes 6-8 servings. If you use dry beans and have all day time, try crock pot for slow cooking.
