Ingredients
Beef broth, bouillon, consomme, 8 cup Ground beef, extra lean, 24 oz Carrots, raw, 3 cup, strips or slices Celery, raw, 3 cup, strips *Potato, raw, 2 large (3" to 4-1/4" dia.) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup Sweet Corn, Fresh, 1 cup *Macaroni, dry, enriched, 2 cup elbow shaped
Directions
In big pot put your broth in
Peel and chop vegtables, add to broth
Fry up and scramble hamberger, drain if not lean
add all to broth season with Mrs Dash and peper
simmer tell all vegis are soft
add corn peas and macaroni
simmer tel macaroni is tender

    I made this soup and added a jar of sauerkraut, 3 cans tomatoes, green beans and left out the macaroni, peas and corn. Super yummy! Put in the crockpot and left for a day. Added bay leaf, basil, parsley and garlic. - 7/20/16

    The soup was very good and had just enough spice to it for good taste. I will make it again. - 10/20/13
