Lynn's Apple Ricotta Cake

*Flour, white, 1 cup (remove)Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed (remove)Butter, salted, .5 cup (remove)Cake, yellow, dry mix, pudding-type, 1 package (18.50 oz) (remove)Ricotta Cheese, part skim milk, 2 cup (remove)Egg, fresh, 4 large (remove)Water, tap, .5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)*Canola Oil, .33 cup (remove)Apples, fresh, 3 medium (2-3/4" dia) (approx 3 per l (remove)
mix flour butter and brown sugar until crumbly. set aside
mix in a different bowl ricotta, eggs, water, and oil. after blended add in cake mix. mix until moistened
in a greased and flour pan pour cake mixure.
next layer in apples pealed and chopped.
spread crumbly mixure on top
bake 45-50 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean) at 350
